Let’s Begin

Open a new canvas 550 x 550 in psp. Flood fill with white

Open KyLie_Mask150 in psp
Copy and paste Paper4
as a new layer
Resize by 15%
Layers/New Mask Layer/From Image/Source window/locate your mask
Source luminance (Check). Invert Mask Data (unchecked)
Click OK. Merge Group
Duplicate Mask and
merge down

Copy and paste Element24 (house) as a new layer
Resize by 26%

Copy and paste Element13 (red frame) as a new layer
Resize by 19%
Using your magic wand, click inside frame
Selections / Select all / float / defloat
Selections / Modify / Expand by 10
Copy and paste Paper3 as a new layer
Selections / invert / hit delete on keyboard. Select none
On the palette, drag paper layer below frame layer

Copy and paste your choice of tube as a new layer
If you are using the same tube
Resize by 72%
Erase any
parts of the tube showing past edges of frame

Copy and paste Element5 (red rose with branch) as a new layer
Resize by 10%
Place it on the right of frame

Copy and paste Element17 and Element 18 as a new layer
Resize both by 13%

Copy and paste
Element11 (bird) as a new layer
Resize by 5%
Duplicate / Mirror
Place as desired

Copy and paste Element23 as a new layer
Resize by 9%
Place as desired

Copy and paste Element1 (red candle) as a new layer
Resize by 10%

Copy and paste Element2 (black candle) as a new layer
Resize by 9%
Merge down Element 1 & Element2
Rename as candles
Copy and paste other Embellishments of choice as a new layer

Inner Bevel of choice
For the Drop Shadow,
I use the following settings:
V and H 4, Opacity 50 Blur 5.00 Color: Black

Add your name, artist's copyright and URL
If you don't wish to animate your tag
Layers / Merge all.
Save as
a .png or .jpeg
If
you wish to animate, do not merge yet
Let's continue

In
your layer palette, highlight candles (item 11 above)
Duplicate 2 times for a total of 3 identical layers (3 frames)
Name them 1, 2, 3

Highlight layer 1
Erase the candles' flame
Using your freehand selection
Draw an outline of the candle flame

Effects / Eye Candy 4000 / Fire
Follow the settings as below

Repeat the same for layers 2 and 3
Keep all settings the same except hitting the Random Seed

Hide layers 2 and 3
Layers / Merge /Merge Visible
Edit / Copy Merged
Go to
Animation Shop
ANIMATION SHOP (AS)

In AS, paste as New Animation
Go back to PSP
Undo Last Command

Hide layer 1
Open layer 2
Layers / Merge /Merge Visible
Copy Merged

Go to AS
Paste after current
Go back to PSP
Undo Last Command

Hide layer 2
Open layer 3
Layers / Merge /Merge Visible
Copy Merged

Go to AS
Paste after current
Edit / Select all
Animation / Frame Properties / Change Display Time to 25
View animation
If you are happy, save as gif
