Tube of choice
Alien Skin Xenofex 2 - Constellation
Font used: UpDock. You can buy from

Let's Begin

Open KyLie_Template16 in PSP
I will be working with this template size: 650 x 700 pixels
You may resize later
Delete the copyright.
2 Open Mask of your choice in PSP
Copy and paste paper of choice as a new layer. I'm using paper "pp3"
Layers / New Mask Layer / From Image / Source window / locate your mask
Source luminance (Check). Invert Mask Data (unchecked)
Merge Group.
Click OK
Repeat the above step 2
This time, using paper "pp5"
So you will have 2 mask layers

Highlight rectangle
Selections / Select all / Float / Defloat
Copy and paste paper of your choice. I'm using paper "pp2"
Selections / invert / hit delete on keyboard. Select none

Highlight twin lines
Selections / Select all / Float / Defloat
Copy and paste paper of your choice. I'm using paper "pp8"
Image / Free Rotate / Right 90
Selections / invert / hit delete on keyboard. Select none

Highlight Square
Selections / Select all / Float / Defloat
Copy and paste paper of your choice. I'm using HNY preview.
Resize by 110.
Selections / invert / hit delete on keyboard. Select none

Highlight circle
Selections / Select all / Float / Defloat Copy and paste your tube of choice as a new
layer
Adjust the position
where you want your tube
Layers / duplicate
Selections / invert / hit delete on keyboard.
Select none.
Drag duplicate above
circle frame
Erase some parts of the duplicate tube showing past edges of frame

Highlight twin circles
Selections / Select all / Float / Defloat
Copy and paste your tube of choice as a new layer on the left circle
Adjust the position where you want your tube
Selections / invert / hit delete on keyboard. Select none.
Duplicate / Mirror. Merge down the tubes
On the Duplicate.
Adjust / Blur / Gaussian Blur / Radius 3
Change blend mode to Luminance. Opacity 36%
On the Original, change blend mode to Multiply. Opacity 89%.

Highlight twin rectangles
Effects / Alien Skin Xenofex 2 Constellation
Follow my settings as below
Click OK
9 Copy and paste fireworks1 as a new layer
Resize by 50%. Paste it on the right
Duplicate. On the duplicate.
Adjust / Hue and Saturation / Hue/Saturation/Lightness
Follow my settings as below
Click OK

Copy and paste other elements of choice as a new layer.
I have also used the following:-
hat : 40%
NY1 : 45%
champagne-bucket : 80%
glass : 45%
streamer1 : 70%
bow4 : 30%
shootingstar : 70%
New Year wordart : 90%
You may add the sparkle provided in my supply.

Add your name, artist's copyright and URL
Save as a .png or jpeg
