Let's Begin
1 Open a new canvas 600 x 550 in psp. Flood fill with white
2 Open KyLie_Mask43 in psp
Copy and paste paper8 as a new layer
Layers / New Mask Layer / From Image / Source window / locate your mask
Source luminance (Check). Invert Mask Data (unchecked)
Click OK. Merge Group
Duplicate. Merge Down
(Rename this as "Mask")

Copy and paste house as a new layer
Resize by 50%
Adjust/Hue & Saturation
Follow my settings as below

Copy and paste moon as a new layer
Resize by 30%
5 Copy and paste gate as a new layer
Resize by 45%
Place it behind the house

Copy as paste old tree as a new layer
Resize by 35%. Mirror
Place it in front of the house
7 Copy and paste your tube of choice as a new layer

Copy and paste the Pot as a new layer
Resize by 35%
9 Copy and paste ghost2 as a new layer
Resize by 10%
Reduce Opacity to 85%
10 Copy and paste other Embellishments of choice as a new layer
You may follow my resize settings as a guide
bat1 - 10%
bat2 - 10%
cat1 - 14%
crow1 - 10%

Inner Bevel of choice
For the Drop Shadow
I used the following settings:
V3 and H2, Opacity 50 Blur 5.00 Color: Black
12 Add your name, artist's copyright and URL
If you don't wish to animate your tag
Layers / Merge all.
Save as a .png or jpeg
If you wish to animate, do not merge yet
Let's continue
We're now going to animate the mask and pot.

In your palette, highlight Mask (item 2 above)
Duplicate 3 times for a total of 4 identical layers (4 frames)
Name them Mask1, Mask2, Mask3, Mask4
14 Highlight Mask1
Effects / Eye Candy 4000 - HSB Noise
Follow the settings as below
Repeat the same for Mask2, Mask3 and Mask4
Keep all settings the same except hitting the Random Seed

In your palette, highlight Pot (item 8 above)
Duplicate 3 times for a total of 4 identical layers (4 frames)
Name them Pot1, Pot2, Pot3, Pot4
Using your freehand selection tool,
outline the red bubbles.
See my example below:

Follow my settings as below:
Repeat the same for Pot2, Pot3 and Pot4
Keep all settings the same except hitting the Random Seed
16 Hide layers of
Mask2, Mask3 and Mask4
and
Pot2, Pot3 and Pot4
Layers / Merge /Merge Visible
Edit / Copy Merged
Go to
Animation Shop
ANIMATION SHOP (AS)

In AS, paste as New Animation
Go back to PSP
Undo Last Command

Go to AS
Paste after current
Edit / Select all
8 Open the cat-in-pumpkin from my supply Edit / Select all
Paste into Selected Frame
Animation / Frame Properties / Change Display Time to 35

View animation
If you are happy, save as gif
