Let's Begin

Open a new canvas 600 x 600 in psp. Flood fill with white
2 Open KyLie_Mask43 in psp
Copy and paste paper of choice as a new layer. I'm using the heart paper
Layers / New Mask Layer / From Image / Source window / locate your mask
Source luminance (Check). Invert Mask Data (unchecked)
Click OK. Merge Group
Ajust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - Radius 10
Adjust - Hue and Saturation - H/S/L
Follow the settings as below
Click OK
Resize by 97%

Copy and paste element2 (wordart) as a new layer
Resize by 80%

Copy and paste element30 (wire) as a new layer
Resize by 80%
Name this as element30
Place this above the mask layer

Copy and paste element26 (cluster frame) as a new layer
Resize by 80%

Open paper 3.
Resize by 60%
Using your magic wand, click inside the cluster frame
Make sure you click onto all the small areas which
needs to be covered.
Selections / Modify / Expand by 3
Copy and paste paper 3 as a new layer
Selections / invert / hit delete on keyboard. Select none
Adjust - Hue and Saturation - H/S/L
Follow the settings as below
Click OK
Drag this layer below the cluster frame layer

Copy and paste your tube of choice as a new layer
Adjust the position where you want your tube
Layers / Duplicate
Drag duplicate tube above frame layer
Erase some parts of the tube showing past edges of frame

8 Copy and paste element29 (ribbon) as a new layer
Resize by 70%
Image - Free Rotate - Left 90

Copy and paste element15 as a new layer
Place it on the right. Duplicate/Mirror
Element 15 should be
between the mask and element 3 layer
10 Copy and paste element11 as a new layer
Resize by 90%. Place below the paper layer
11 Copy and paste other Embellishments of choice as a new layer
Element 20. Resize by 90%
Element 31. Resize by 45%

Inner Bevel of choice
For the Drop Shadow
I used the following settings:
V and H 3, Opacity 55 Blur 10.00 Color: Black
13 Add your name, artist's copyright and URL
If you don't wish to animate your tag
Layers / Merge all.
Save as a .png or jpeg
If you wish to animate, do not merge yet
Let's continue
In your palette, highlight element 30 layer
Duplicate twice for a total of 3 identical layers (3 frames)
Name them 1, 2, 3

Highlight layer 1
Effects / Alien Skin Xenofex2 / Constellation
Follow my settings as below
Click Random Seed
Repeat the same for layers 2 and 3
Keep all settings the same except changing the Random Seed

Hide layers 2 and 3
Layers / Merge /Merge Visible
Edit / Copy Merged
Go to Animation Shop
ANIMATION SHOP (AS)

In AS, paste as New Animation
Go back to PSP
Undo Last Command
