Font : MeaCulpa
*When you resize, please ensure that the settings is set to Smart Size


 Let's Begin

 Open a new canvas 600 x 600 in psp.  Flood fill with white

Open KyLie_Mask44 in psp
Copy and paste paper of choice as a new layer. I'm using paper 4
Layers / New Mask Layer / From Image / Source window / locate your mask
Source luminance (Check).  Invert Mask Data (unchecked)
Merge Group.Click OK.

 Repeat the above again.
This time I'm using paper 6
So you will have two mask layers.

Copy and paste Frame 2 as a new layer
Resize by 55%

Highlight Frame 2
 Using your magic wand, click inside the frame
Selections / Modify  / Expand by 9
Copy and paste paper 3 as a new layer
Selections / invert / hit delete on keyboard.  Select none
Click OK
Drag this layer below the frame layer

 Copy and paste your tube of choice as a new layer
Adjust the position where you want your tube
Layers / Duplicate
Drag duplicate tube above frame layer
Erase some parts of the tube showing past edges of frame

Copy and paste Banner as a new layer
Resize by 60%
Place it on the left of the frame

Copy and paste bagpipe as a new layer
Resize by 55
Place it on the left. Mirror

Copy and paste Pot of Gold as a new layer
Resize by 35%. Place it on the right
I added some glitter to the gold
Using your freehand selection, draw around the coins

Effects / Alien Skin Xenofex 2 - Constellation
Follow my settings as below

Click OK

Copy and paste Rainbow as a new layer
Resize by 45%. Place it on the right
Drag this layer just above the top mask layer

Copy and paste other Embellishments of choice as a new layer
Flower 1. Resize by 35% - Mirror
Flower 2. Resize by 20%
Element 31. Resize by 45%
Bow 4. Resize by 15%
Butterfly 1. Resize by 15% - Mirror
Necklace Sampler. Resize by 45%
Shamrock Sampler. Resize by 15%

Inner Bevel of choice
For the Drop Shadow
I used the following settings:
V and H 3,  Opacity 50  Blur 5.00  Color: Black

Add your name, artist's copyright and URL
Layers / Merge all.
Save as a .png or jpeg
 You're Done!!!
