Font used: Brush Script MT
Let's Begin

Open a new canvas 600 x 600 in psp. Flood fill with white.

Open KyLie_Mask_mf12 in psp
Copy and paste paper of choice as a new layer. I'm using Paper6
Layers / New Mask Layer / From Image / Source window / locate your mask
Source luminance (Check). Invert Mask Data (unchecked)
Merge Group. Click OK
On the Original mask
Adjust / Hue & Saturation / Hue/Saturation/Lightness
Follow my settings as below
Click OK

Copy and paste element 1 (wire) as a new layer
Resize by 90%

Copy and paste Frame 1 as a new layer
Resize by 80%

Copy and paste your Frame 3 and Frame 8 as a new layer
Resize both by 85%

Highlight Frame 1
Using your magic wand, click into the frame layer
Selections / Select all / Float / Defloat
Selections / Modify / Expand by 8
Copy and paste your paper of choice as a new layer.
I used paper 4
Selections / invert / hit delete on keyboard
Drag paper layer below the frame layer
Do not de-select.
Copy and paste your tube of choice as a new layer
Position it where you want it to be. Duplicate
Hit delete on keyboard. Select None
Drag Duplicate tube above Frame 8
Erase some parts of the tube showing past edges of frame
Still working on paper 4
Effects / Illumination Effects / Sunburst
Follow my settings as below
Click OK

Copy and paste Element 29 (green leaves) as a new layer
Resize by 70%
Place it on your right. Duplicate / Mirror

Copy and paste Flower 4 as a new layer
Resize by 45%
Image / Free Rotate / Right 20
Place it on the right frame.

9 Copy and paste Ribbon 7 as a new layer
Place it on the top right

Copy and paste other elements of choice as a new layer
I have also used the following:-
Element 22 (Cage) - Resize by 45%
Element 23 (bird) - Resize by 30% Element 18 (heart with ribbon) - Resize by 45%
Flower 3 - Resize by 55%
Place them as desired...

For the Drop Shadow
I used the following settings:
V and H 3, Opacity 55 Blur 5.00 Color: Black

Add your name, artist's copyright and URL
Save as a .png or jpeg
