To do my tut, you must have a working knowledge of PSP

Supplies needed:
FTU kit called "Hocus Pocus"

Let's Begin

Open Halloween Template #1 in psp.
Resize by 635 x 544 pixels.

Delete the copyright and the following:
horiz. rectangle texture
jack and tombstone fill
jack and tombstone outline
witch fill
witch outline
stars 1 black background
stars 1 colour fill
WA outline
WA black background
WA colour fill
I'm deleting the above elements because the tube which I am
using covers most of them.
But you could leave it intact if you are using a different tube

Open KyLieMask_HocusPocus in psp
Copy and paste paper of choice as a new layer. I'm using paper12
Layers / New Mask Layer / From Image / Source window / locate your mask
Source luminance (Check). Invert Mask Data (unchecked)
Merge Group. Click OK. Duplicate

Highlight half circle fill
Selections / Select all / Float / Defloat
Copy and paste your tube of choice as a new layer
Adjust the position where you want the tube to be
Selections / Invert / Hit delete on keyboard / Select None
Duplicate / On the duplicate tube
Adjust / Blur / Gaussian Blur / Radius 3
Change blend mode to Hard Light
On the Original, change blend mode to Luminance (L)

Highlight vertical rectangle
Selections / Select all / Float / Defloat
Copy and paste paper of choice as a new layer. I chose paper09
Selections / Invert / Hit delete on keyboard / Select None

Repeat the above step 5 for angled rectangle fill
I have used paper05.
Still working on angled rectangle fill
Copy and paste spider web (30%) as a new layer.
Place it above the angled rectangle outline

Open KyLie_HocusPocus Wordart and the main tube.
Place it anywhere you desire or see my finished tag for reference.
8 Highlight stars 2 color fill.
Adjust / Hue & Saturation / Hue/Saturation/Lightness
Follow my settings as below
Click OK

Copy and paste other elements of choice as a new layer
I have also used the following:-
Dead tree - 85%
Witches Hat - 35%
Brew1 - 70%
Flower 7
Bottlecap6
Sparkles
Resize and place them as desired...

For the Drop Shadow
I used the following settings:
V and H 3, Opacity 55 Blur 5.00 Color: Black

Add your name, artist's copyright and URL
Save as a .png or jpeg
You're Done!!!
