This is a very simple tutorial so let's begin!!!
1 Open a new canvas
585 x 585 in psp. Flood fill with white
2 Copy and pasteKyLieMask-BlackWidow as a new layer
Resize Height: 575 pixels. Duplicate
On the Duplicate
Adjust / Blur / Gaussian Blur /Radius: 10
This blur layer remains above the original mask
3 Copy and paste quick page from DBA quick tag1 as a new layer
4 Copy and
paste your tube of choice as a new layer
You may add other embellishments if you like!
5 For the Drop Shadow I used the following settings: V4and H2, Opacity 50 Blur 5.00 Color: Black
6 Add your name, artist's copyright and URL If you don't wish to animate your tag Layers / Merge all. Save as a .png or jpeg

Edit / Copy Merged
Go to
Animation Shop
ANIMATION SHOP (AS)

In AS, paste as New Animation
Edit / Duplicate selected / till you get 10 frames

Open my supplies -Skull and Cauldron
Edit / Select all / Copy / Paste into selected frame
Paste it anywhere you like...
When you're done...
Animation / Frame Properties / Change Display Time to 40
View animation
If you are happy, save as gif
