HERE My Supply: HERE Tubes of choice Font used: Imprint MT shadow Let's Begin 1 Open missy_tagtemplate 335 in psp I will be working with this template size: 712 x 537 pixels You can resize later Unhide the background so it's easier to work with a white background Delete Circle2 and the copyright info 2 Open KyLie_Mask44 in psp Copy and paste paper of choice as a new layer. I'm using paper 16 Layers / New Mask Layer / From Image / Source window / locate your mask Source luminance (Check).  Invert Mask Data (unchecked) Merge Group. Click OK 3 Merge rectangle shape left and rectangle shape right *Selections / Select All / Float / Defloat Copy and paste your tube of choice as a new layer Adjust the position where you want your tube  Selections / invert / hit delete on keyboard.  Select none. Duplicate / Mirror Merge Down the tubes Change the blend mode to Highlight. Opacity: 69% 4 Highlight center rectangle Copy and paste your tube of choice as a new layer Repeat the step as indicated in 3* above But change blend mode to Luminance (L) 5 Highlight circle3 Selections / Select All / Float / Defloat Copy and paste your tube of choice as a new layer Adjust the position where you want your tube... I have placed it on the left of the circle Selections / invert / hit delete on keyboard Select none. Duplicate / Mirror On the Duplicate tube... Effects / Van Der Lee / Unplugged Tools / Interlace Follow my settings as below Click OK On the Duplicate tube (right): Luminance (L). Opacity: 63% On The Original tube (left): Change Opacity: 63% 6 Copy and paste another tube of choice as a new layer You can place it anywhere you like... As for mine, I have placed it above the wordart "I dont give a toss" Duplicate the tube Drag your duplicate tube below the gradient thin rectangle Using your eraser, erase slightly of the tube's left leg 7 Copy and paste ribbon2 as a new layer Resize by 85%. Place it above dotted line 3 8 Copy and paste glitter frame as a new layer Resize by 70%. Drag it below center rectangle 9 Open the sparkle included in my supply Copy and paste the sparkle as a new layer Place it on the right.  Duplicate / Mirror 10 Copy and paste other elements of choice I have also used bow 3 and bow 4 Charm: Resize by 45% 11 Inner Bevel of choice For the Drop Shadow I used the following settings: V and H 3,  Opacity 55  Blur 5.00  Color: Black 12 You can now resize to your choice of preference Add your name, artist's copyright and URL If you prefer a transparent background ... X out the background and save as a .png You're Done!!!
