This is a very simple tutorial so let's begin!!!
1 Open a new canvas
600 x 600 in psp. Flood fill with white
2 Open
KyLie_Mask183 in psp
Copy and paste AutumnBlessings-paper1 as a new layer
Layers / New Mask Layer / From Image / Source window / locate your mask
Source luminance (Check). Invert Mask Data (unchecked)
Click OK. Merge Group
Name this as "Mask"

Copy and pasteKyLie AutumnBlessings-clusterframe as a new layer
4 Copy and
paste your tube of choice as a new layer
Copy and paste paper of choice for the frame background
Copy and paste the wordart as a new layer
You may add other embellishments if you like!
5 For the Drop Shadow I used the following settings: V and H3, Opacity 50 Blur 5.00 Color: Black
6 Add your name, artist's copyright and URL If you don't wish to animate your tag Layers / Merge all. Save as a .png or jpeg

Let's continue
7 In
your layer palette, highlight Mask (item 2 above)
Duplicate 2 times for a total of 3 identical layers (3 frames)
Name them 1, 2, 3
Effects / Eye Candy 4000 / HSB Noise
Follow the settings as below

Repeat the same for layers 2 and 3
Keep all settings the same except hitting the Random Seed

Hide layers 2 and 3
Layers / Merge /Merge Visible
Edit / Copy Merged
Go to
Animation Shop
ANIMATION SHOP (AS)

In AS, paste as New Animation
Go back to PSP
Undo Last Command
